Total money he will pay after = 800 + 100 = 900

Sum of n terms in AP is
Sum = n/2 [ 2a + (n - 1)d ]
900 = 12/2 [ 2a - 10(12 - 1)
900 = 6 [ 2a - 110 ]
150 = 2a - 110
2a = 260
a = 130
nth term in AP is given by:
a(n) = a + (n - 1)d
Last term = 175 - 10(12 - 1)
=175 - 130
= 45
Therefore first installment is 130 and last one is 45.
