angle C=90

By Pythagoras theoram

H^2=P^2+B^2

BD^2=CD^2+BC^2

(20)^2=x^2+x^2

2(x^2)=400

x^2=200

x=root200

x=10(root2)m

r=1/2diameter

r=10m

area of circle = 3.14×r^2

=3.14×1010

=314m^2

area of sq. = side^2

=(10root2)^2

=100×2

=200m^2

area of shaded region =area of circle-area of sq.

=314-200

=114m^2
