Answer: The answer is d. Currents in the paths AD, DB and DC which are in the ratio of 3:2:1 because resistance is inversely proportional to the Electric current (I).

Anonymous07: I can only explain in words. I'll be able to upload attachments from tommorow.
Anonymous07: As we know that in V is directly proportional to I
Anonymous07: then V=IR where R is a constant.
Anonymous07: so R is inversely proportional to I ( Electric current)
Anonymous07: When resistance is in pararallel then current divides or current changes
Anonymous07: so during AD the current will be constant.
Anonymous07: When later it gets divided into DB and DC
Anonymous07: The ratio is 3:2:1 because During AD the resistance is 10ohm which is the lowest in the whole circuit so the the current would obviously be highest at that wire. During DC the Resistance is 30 ohm which is the highest resistance in the whole circuit so the current would be lowest at that wire. During DB the resistance is moderate as compared to AD and DC so if you take ratio be x then, AD- 3x of current, DB - 2x of current, DC- 1x of current.
samriti864: Thank you very much
Anonymous07: No problem
