Invertebrate vs. Vertebrate. Animals can be classified into two main groups:vertebrates and invertebrates. The maindifference between vertebrates and invertebrates is that invertebrates, like insects and flatworms, do not have a backbone or a spinal column. Examples ofvertebrates include humans, birds, and snakes.

Vertebrates are the organisms who have notocord ( in adults it is called spinal cord ). The heart is in ventral position and endoskeleton is present. Nerve cord is also in ventral position.

Invertebrates are the organism who do not have any notochord or spinal cord. Heart is in dorsal position and endoskeleton is absent. Nerve cord is also in dorsal position.

If you agree, then pls give a brainliest.
