• Bharam withdrew Rs. 3,000 in the beginning (first) of each month

annual drawing = 12 × 3,000 = 36,000

annual drawing = 36,000

average period = 6.5

Rate = ,10%

Interest on drawing = annual drawing × rate × average period /12

= 36,000 × (10/100) × (6.5/12)

= 1,950

Interest on drawing = Rs 1,950

Hence, Interest on drawing of Bharam =  Rs. 1,950.
