5y  + \frac{y + 1}{3}  = 6y +  \frac{1}{5}

 \frac{15y + y + 1}{3}  =  \frac{30y + 1}{5}

16y + 1 =  \frac{30y + 1}{5}  \times 3

5(16y + 1) =  3(30y + 1)

80y + 5 = 90y + 3

5 - 3 = 90y - 80y

10y = 2

y =  \frac{1}{5}
