if we drop underwater on our Palm in will evaporate easily and cause cooling because it has a low boiling point and it can be evaporate easily but but quantities because it has a lock it has a high boiling point and it does not go causes as much cooling as the underwater please follow me

the one on which Ether is dropped will experience more cooling because boiling point of ether is low thus it takes away palm's heat evaporate and rhus gives cooling effect:-)
