b two types of polyester are terelene and PET
●terelene is used in making clothes
●PET is used in making bottles and containers
d. the wastes which can be decomposed in the environment by the action of microbes are called bio degradable wastes. example- paper, egg shells etc.
the wastes which can't be decomposed in the environment by the action of microbes are called non-bio degradable wastes.example - plastic, iron etc.

b.polyster is so strong and its fiber so soft who washed easily . Today, there are two primary types of polyester, PET (polyethylene terephthalate) and PCDT (poly-1, 4-cyclohexylene-dimethylene terephthalate). PET,the more popular type, is applicable to a wider variety ofuses. It is stronger than PCDT, though PCDT is more elastic and resilient.
c. plastic is so useful material for any uses for eg. it is so strong , strechable, keep safe long time ,so light and reusable.
d.1)biodegradeble eg. human waste, manure, sewage, sewage sludge and slaughterhouse waste.
non biodegradeble eg. plastic , polybags, mirror etc
2) It is part of the chemical industry. In addition, as mineral oil is the major constituent of plastics, it is regarded a part of the petrochemical industry.
Besides plastics production, plastics engineering is an important part of the industrial sector. The latter field is dominated by engineering plastic asraw material because of its better mechanical and thermal properties than the more widely used commodity plastics
3)Bakelite has a number of important properties. It can be molded very quickly, decreasing production time. Moldings are smooth, retain their shape and are resistant to heat, scratches, and destructive solvents.
