5 {x}^{3}  + 2 {x}^{2}  - 3x + 1 = 0 \\
 \frac{1}{ \alpha }  +  \frac{1}{ \beta }  +  \frac{1}{ \gamma }  \\  =  \frac{ \alpha  \beta  +  \beta  \gamma  +  \gamma  \alpha }{ \alpha  \beta  \gamma }
And we know that
 \alpha  \beta  \gamma  = \frac{ - d}{a}  =  \frac{ - 1}{5}  \\  \alpha  \beta  +  \beta  \gamma  +  \gamma  \alpha  =  \frac{c}{a}  =   \frac{ - 3}{5}
Substitute these to get
 \frac{ \alpha  \beta  +  \beta  \gamma  +  \gamma  \alpha }{ \alpha  \beta  \gamma }  \\  =  \frac{ \frac{ - 3}{5} }{ \frac{ - 1}{5} }  =  \frac{ - 3}{ - 1}  = 3
Hope this helps, mark it as the brainliest answer
