a+b = 90°

Solving this we get

9x = 90°

So, x = 10°

∴ a = 4×10 = 40°

Similarly, b can be calculated and the value will be

b = 5×10° = 50°

From the diagram, b+c also forms a straight angle so,

b+c = 180°

c+50° = 180°

∴ c = 130°
