{\huge{\mathfrak{\orange{\fcolorbox{red}{green}{\underline{ansWer}}}}}}

Given :

 = (( (\frac{ - 1}{ \:  \: 3} ) {}^{2} ) {}^{2} ) {}^{1}

Solution :

 = (( (\frac{ - 1}{ \:  \: 3} ) {}^{2} ) {}^{2} ) {}^{1}

 \implies \:  ({a}^{m})  {}^{n}  = a {}^{mn}

 = ( \frac{ - 1}{3} ) {}^{2 \times 2 \times 1}

 =  (\frac{ - 1}{3} ) {}^{4}

 =  \frac{( - 1) {}^{4} }{ {(3)}^{4} }

 =  \frac{1}{81}  \\
