x³-x=0
x(x²-1)=0
it means x=0
x²-1=0
x²=√1=+_1
so zeros of x³-x is 0,-1,+1
if quadratic equation is of the form px³+qx²+rx +c=0
then, a+b+c=-q/p
ab+bc+ca=r/p
abc=-s/p
in this equation x³-x=0
p=1,q=0,r=-1,s=0
a=0,b=-1, c=+1
now,abc=-s/p
0(-1)(1)=0/1
0=0
a+b+c=-q/p
0+(-1)+1=0/1
0=0
ab+bc+ca=r/p
0(-1)+(-1)(1)+(1)(0)=-1/1
0-1+0=-1
-1=-1
x(x²-1)=0
it means x=0
x²-1=0
