and in second case u reduce distance 20 cm ...now it will 10 cm object distance and 30 cm image distance ....I already found focal length in answer ....now u can plot diagram....
in such type of condition u can also use shortcut method f=mx/(m+1)^2
where x is distance between image and object m is magnification and f is focal length......
