By Pythagoras theorem;

RP^2 = RQ^2 + QP^2

= 》26^2= 24^2 + QP ^2

= 》676= 576 + QP ^2

= 》QP ^2=676 - 576

=》QP^2= 100

=》QP = 10 cm
