f(x)=x^4+x^3-2x^2+x+11p and x-1=0=>x=1
so, f(1)=1^4+1^3-2×1^2+1+11p
=>1+1-2+1+11p
=>3-2+11p
=>1+11p
=>11p=-1
=>p=-1/11(ans)
