There are four types of vitamins namely vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C and vitamin D. We get vitamin A from milk, butter, and eggs. Lack of vitamin A results in Blindness. Meat and eggs provide us vitamin B as well. Lack of vitamin B results in a disorder of the nervous system.  Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamin C but lack of it leads to skin diseases. Fish oil and sunlight give us vitamin D but lack of it results in bone diseases.
