In trapezium PRQO, PR || QO,

PR = 15cm

QO = 25cm

Solution:

Area of the figure

= Area of quadrilateral PQOT + Area of triangle PST + Area of trapezium PRQO

= PQ^2 + 1/2×PT×MS + 1/2×(PR + QO) × Altitude

= 25^2 + 1/2×10×25 + 1/2×(15 + 25)×20

= 625 + 125 + 400

= 1150 sq. cm

Therefore, the total area of the figure is 1150 sq. cm.
