 \frac{ -  {x}^{2}y + 10 {x}^{2}  {y}^{2} - 3 {y}^{2} x }{xy}   \\  \\  \\  =>  \frac{xy( - x + 10xy - 3y)}{xy}  \\  \\  =>  - x + 10xy - 3y
