your question is
1/a+b+x=1/a+1/b+1/c (according to ur question )
1/(a+b+x)-1/x=1/a+1/b (we can write)
x-(a+b+x)/x(a+b+x)=a+b/ab
=)-(a+b)/x(a+b+x)=a+b/ab
=)-1/x(a+b+x)=1/ab*(here a+b are cancelled)
=)x(a+b+x)=-ab. (negative sign send to other side)by cross multiplication
=)x^2+ax+bx=-ab
=)x^2+ax+bx+ab=0
=)x(x+a)b(x+b)
=)x=-a
and x=-b .
