Let the fraction multiplied to 49/91 equal to x

49/91 × x

49x/91

Now the square root of the above no. should be equal to 1

 \sqrt{ \frac{49}{91}x }  =  \sqrt{1} \\  \frac{7 \sqrt{x} }{ \sqrt{91} }   = 1 \\ 7 \sqrt{x }  =  \sqrt{91}  \\ squaring \: both \: the \: sides \: we \: get \\ 49x = 91 \\ x =  \frac{91}{49}

91/49 is the fraction which when multiplied to 49/91 gives root 1 as the answer.
