1.AS WE SEE BOTH THE BULB VOLTAGE RATING IS 220V ,HENCE VOLTAGE REMAIN CONSTANT IN BOTH CASES.

2.THE BULB WHICH HAS LOWER POWER RATING WILL HAVE HIGHER RESISTANCE.
