First write the given values
charge(Q) = 5 *10^-6 C
distance between them(2*l) = 10 * 10^-2m
electric field is = 10^4 N/C
so according to the formula
torque = EP sinø
since ø is not given we will assume that initially the angle between electric field and dipole moment is 90 degree where the torque is highest.
so
torque = EP
torque = E*2*l*Q (since p = 2*l*Q)
torque = 10^4 * 10 *10^-2 * 5 * 10^-6
torque = 5 *10^(4+1-2-6)
torque = 5*10^-3 Nm.
