ISOBARS

Those elements which has same number of nucleons are known as isobars.They have different different atomic number

examples= 40S,40Cl etc.

ISOTOPES

Those elements which has same atomic number but different atomic mass are known as isotopes.

example s=Isotopes of H2 are Deuterium (atomic mass=2),Tritium(atomic mass=3).

ISOTONES

Two nuclide which has same number of neutrons but different number of protons are known as ISOTONES.

Examples=36S,37Cl have 20 protons etc

Isobars are the atom of different element which have same mass number but different atomaic number.

Isotones are the atom of different element which contain same number of neutron with different mass number and atomic number.

Isotopes are the atom having same atomic number but different mass number.
