the volume of the well is equal to the volume of the mud dug

then,
22/7×7×7×20=22×14×h


3080=308h
h=3080÷308
h=10m

Depth = 20m. Diameter = 7m. Radius = D/2 = 3.5 m. We know that, volume of circular well = 22/7 *r*r*h. Volume of circular well = 22/7*3.5*3.5*20 = 770 m3. Area of platform = ( 22*14) = 308m2. Height = volume /Area = 770/308 = 2.5m.
