Step-by-step explanation:

 \huge16

 {\bold { \orange{\boxed{area \: of \: shaded \: region \:  = area \: of \: triangle \:  -  \: smaller \: triangle}}}}

Using Heron's formula

 \bold{area \: of \: triangle \:  =  \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)} }

where s = a+b+c/2

s = 120+122+22/2

s = 78

 \sqrt{78(78 - 120)(78 - 122)(78 - 22) } \\  \\  \sqrt{78(42)(44)(56)}

 =  >  \: 2841.137cm {}^{3}

Area of smaller triangle :

s = 24+26+22/2

s = 72/2

s = 36

 \sqrt{36(36 - 24)(36 - 26)(36 - 22)}  \\  \\  \sqrt{36(12)(10)(14)}

245.926 {cm}^{3}

area of shaded region would be = 2841.137 - 245.926 = 2595.211cm^3
