product = -p(p+1)

sum = -1

thus roots can be simply taken out as
p and -(p+1) becuase these satisfy the criteria.

similarly you can take out the roots of second question which are
m and -(m+3)

or do it this way

let the roots be a and b

thus a*b = -p(p+1)
a+b=-1
a=-1-b

therfore
b(-1-b) =-p(p+1)
-b(1+b) = -p(p+1)

thus b =p
and a =-(1+p).

MilitheQUORAN: can - (x+1) be its root too??
ani99ket: x is a variable you need to find the x...
ani99ket: -(x+1) as a root of a polynomial in x doesn't makes any sense
MilitheQUORAN: okh! Thank you
