Here u go ♥️♥️

Given : x^2+4x-5=0 and x=1 ,-1.

So if 1 and -1 are roots then substituting the value of x will give zero.

Solution : putting the value of x =1.

= 1^2 +4(1) -5

=1+4-5

=0.

Hence it is the root of the equation.

Putting the value of x =-1

=-1^2+4(-1)-5

=1-4-5

=-8

Thus it not the root of the equation.

Hope it helps u.............
