Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

6. Let the 4 angles be 1x, 2x, 3x and 4x.

1x+2x+3x+4x=360°             [angle sum property of quadrilaterals]

⇒ 10x=360°

⇒x= 360°÷10

⇒x=36°

∴ The angles are 36°, (36°×2=72°), (36°×3=108°) and (36°×4=144°).

7. As a parallelogram has 2 pairs of angles equal, we can say that two angles of this parallelogram are 80°.

Let the other set of angles be equal to x.

Equation:-

80°+80°+x+x=360°                [angle sum property of quadrilaterals]

⇒160°+2x=360°

⇒2x=360°-160°

⇒2x=200°

⇒x=\frac{200}{2}

⇒x=100°

∴ The measure of the other angles is 100°.

8. The formula to calculate the sum of measures of interior angles for a regular polygon is as follows:-

(n-2)180°

where 'n' is the no. of sides.

Using this for a regular polygon of 10 sides:-

(10-2)180°

=8×180°

=1440°

∴ 1440° is the sum of interior angles of a 10 sided polygon.
