The height of tower is half the height of the flag staff on it and the angle of elevation of the top of the tower as seen from the point on the ground is 30 degree, find the angle of elevation on the top of the flagstaff as seen from the same point.

hey my dear friend,
let the height of the tower be x /2 and of flagstaff be x.
tan 30 = x/2 /b
b = root3 x/2
since ,
p = x
and b = root3x/2
then ,
p/b = x/ root3 x *2
=2/root3
2/root 3 = cosec 30
therefore the angle of elevation is 30 degree
