According to the question, we have

(x+5) = 1/3 x 6x

(x+5) = 2x

x = 5

Length = 2 + 2x

Now perimeter of a rectangle = 2(1 + b)

2(1 + b) = 154

2 (2+ 2x + x) = 154

2 (2+ 3x) = 154

2 + 3x = 77

3x = 75

x = 25 m

Required breadth = 25 m Length = 2 + 2 x 25 = 52 m
