Dear Sir,

Being a resident of Mumbai , every day I have to travel by bus . But now a days I am experiencing scarcity of buses towards Mumbai CST at peak hours . Many of the buses that were scheduled in the morning are cancelled . All the passengers are finding it difficult to travel by overcrowded buses . Besides , I would like to draw your attention towards the difficulty while boarding on the bus . Many youngsters rush to board the bus and others standing in queue are left behind . It's my humble request to look into the matter and appoint supervisor to maintain queue system on bus stands .
