Sir,
I am writing this letter on behalf of all the residents in our locality. I wish to complain about the growing population of stray dogs in our locality.

People in our locality are facing hardships due to those dogs. These dogs used to bark at strangers at first , but now they have started barking and biting the people of pur own locality.People are not able to sleep at night because of their continuous barking . Students arr not able to study. Now it has become difficult for children, senier citizens and pedestrians to play or stroll at evening .

I request you to publish my letter in your most reputed newspaper.
