In v-t graph the slope i.e. dv/dt(tan theta) represents acceleration. So in part AB and CD the slope is a straight line ie. constant acc. and non uniform velocity. In BC slope or tan theta is 0 so acc. is 0 and thus velocity is constant for BC part of the journey.
