means it is an universal truth .
like a whole is greater then the part
here it is an universal truth that

let us understand with an example ...
if you take a pizza then whole pizza is more then a part of pizza ..
like that
the whole is greater then the part
and it is universal truth
and it can't be proved..

but what is the use of this axiom in no. plz give e.g
the euclid give these axiom and said that it is an universal truth. the use of these axiom is very common and everyone have that common sense to use this like i have give you the example of pizza

The whole is greater than the part for instance,
A BAR CAKE IS BIGGER THAN THE PIECE OF CAKE.
A PIECE OF CHOCOLATE IS BIGGER THAN THE A BAR OF CHOCOLATE.
A BAR CAKE IS BIGGER THAN THE PIECE OF CAKE.
A PIECE OF CHOCOLATE IS BIGGER THAN THE A BAR OF CHOCOLATE.
