I have written the proof in the attachment! Hope it helps! :D

[Note: There are numerous ways to prove this. This is just one method...]

STEP 1: I took sin²θ and cos²θ as common factor. This way I am able to cancel the product in the future steps.

STEP 2: I converted sin²θ/cos²θ 0as tan²θ.

STEP 3: I took cos²θ in the denominator and made it 1 - sin²θ. This way I make sure that numerator and denominator have the same terms.

STEP 4: I cancelled the equal products, leaving me with sec²θ - tan²θ

STEP 5: I took sec²θ as 1 + tan²θ. This way tan²θ and -tan²θ gets cancelled. That leaves us with 1. Hence, verified ✅
