dividing the equation by 4
we get
 {x}^{2} + {y}^{2} - (10 \div 4)x + (5 \div 4)y + (5 \div 4)
now g =-10/8
f= 5/8
c=5/4
we know that radius is given by
under root of
 {g}^{2} + {f}^{2} - c
by inserting the values we get
radius=
 \sqrt{ \frac{45}{64} }
radius=
 \frac{ \sqrt{45} }{8}
centre of the circle is given by (-g,-f)
therefore the centre is (10/8,-5/8)
