hi dear.
I think bridge will not collapse.
because even if the limit is crossed. some scientific laws that is like overloading affects and bridge will lightly unstable but will not collapse.
bird's weight is negligible in comparison of truck.
so I hope you get the ans.

abhilash671584: The bridge wont collapse. The initial weight of truck is 14000lbs and it includes the weight added due to the fuel in the tank. After traveling half a mile some amount of fuel should get burnt and thus reduce the overall weight of truck. Thus it wont overload the bridge. Also birds are of light weight so it should not overload the bridge and thus bridge wont collapse.

No, it will not collapse. The truck has been driven kfor half a mile so the weight of the used fuel has to be subtracted from the total weight of the truck. THANK YOU Very much
