Equation of right bisector = equation of a point at the middle of the line segment.

Let the point P be (x,y) on line AB

x=(1+5)/2=3

y=(2-6)/2=-2

slope of whose co ordinates are given=(-6-2)/(5-1)

=-2

slope of line whose co ordinates are given* slope of line AB=-1(rule)

therefore, -2*slope of line AB=-1

slope of line AB=1/2

equation of line AB

y-y1=slope ( x-x1)

y-(-2)=1/2(x-3)

2(y+2)=x-3

2y+4=x-3

2y-x=-7(ans)
