(I)Vitamins are very important for our body..
They help in shore up (Fill up) the wounds ,cutting areas ,bones and makes our immune system more stronger.. that's why we include it in our diet..
(ii) U can take ur proper vitamins through:
*spinach
*broccoli
*carrot.
*mushrooms.
*Apple .
*Banana .
*kiwi
*papaya.......
