1st answer is
Vitamins are compounds which are necessary for our normal growth and function, which we cannot make within our bodies, and so we must obtain them from our foods.
2nd answer is
Fiber rich fruits and vegetables should be eaten.... especially citrus fruits like orange,lime,grapes,kiwi etcc should eaten in increase vitamins in our body. Leafy green vegetables like spinach are also full of vitamins K and B9.
