The answer is d’. It would have been de if the name wouldn’t have been starting with a vowel. In Anne, ‘A’ is a vowel, so we’ll put d’. It means that Anne’s brother is a doctor. We won’t put du because it is used before a masculine singular noun. And Anne is feminine. So the answer is d’. (Note: before a proper noun, we always put de or d’)
