Answer:

lim x=> 3 1/(x - 3) - 2/(x²-4x + 3)

=> lim ₓ→₃ x² - 4x + 3 - 2(x-3)/(x-3)(x²-4x+3)

lim ₓ→₃ x² - 4x + 3 -2x + 6/(x-3)(x²-4x+3)

lim ₓ→₃ (x²- 6x +9) / (x-3)(x² -4x +3)

lim ₓ→₃ (x - 3)² / (x-3)(x²-3x-x+3)

lim ₓ→₃ (x-3)(x-3) / (x-3)(x-3)(x-1)

lim ₓ→₃ 1/(x-1) [( x - 3) cancels out in Nr & Dr ]

=> 1/(3-1) [substituting x = 3 the limiting value ]

=> 1/2 Answer
