 \sqrt{ \frac{2 +  \sqrt{3} }{2 -  \sqrt{ 3} } }  \: by \: multiplying \: and \: dividing \: by \: 2 +  \sqrt{3}   \\  \\   \sqrt{ \frac{2 +  \sqrt{3} }{2 -  \sqrt{3} }  \times  \frac{2  +  \sqrt{ 3} }{2 -  \sqrt{3} } }  \sqrt{ \frac{ {(2 +  \sqrt{3)} }^{2} }{4 - 3} }  \\  = 2 +  \sqrt{3}
put value of √3

2+1.73=3.73 ans.
