Integration of x^3 = x^4/4
Integration of 2x^2 = 2x^3/3
 \frac{ {x}^{4} }{4}  -  \frac{2 {x}^{3} }{3}  \\  =  \frac{3 {x}^{4} - 8 {x}^{3}  }{12}
Now, we substitute the values of the limits in the equation and subtract
 \frac{3 \times  {3}^{4}  - 8  \times {3}^{3} }{12}  -  \frac{3 \times  {1}^{4}  - 8 \times  {1}^{3} }{12}  \\  =  \frac{243 - 216 - 3 + 8}{12}  \\  =  \frac{32}{12}  \\  =  \frac{8}{3}
