Four solutions for  2x+y=7

2x + y = 7 \\ 2x = 7 - y \\  x =  \frac{7 - 2}{y}

For every value of x, depends on y

1. Let y = 0,

then x = 0

2. Let y = 1

then x = 5

3. Let y = 5

then x = 1

4. Let y = -1

then x = -5

four solutions are : (0,0), (5,1), (1,5), (-5,-1)

the graph is in the picture.
