Here's Your Answer..!!

We know that,

Angle PQR = Angle PRQ (Given) ....(i)

Exterior Angle = 180 - Interior Angle (Linear Pair)

Therefore,

PQS = 180 - PQR...(ii)

And

PRT = 180 - PRQ...(iii)

In (ii) we can replace PQR by PRQ [from (i)]

PQS = 180 - PRQ

PRT = 180 - PRQ

So, Angle PRT = Angle PQS

Hence Proved.
