Step-by-step explanation:

A)(90/60)/60 - 90/60 put the speed into minutes as there are 60 minutes in an hour, and dividing it by sixty again put it into seconds as there are 60seconds in a minute  then you can times the answer by 1000 to convert it into metres instead of kilometres  

B)250/25 - if the train travels at 25m/s, and is 250m long, it takes one second for 25m of the train to get past the light  therefore, it would take 10s for all 250m of the train to get past  

C)(225/25)=9. 9*250 - the way I see it, it take the train 1s to move 25metres forward and it would take 9s for the front of the train to reach the end of the station. So, I multiplied 9 by 250 because that is the length of the train.
