- its a natural change ( between 12 to 20 ) in physical and mental behavior as well
- during this age approximately 98% teenagers fight with their feelings and emotions.
- they mostly stressed,angered, anxious, curious
- in this age they wanted to be independent, fly high and achieve some goals.
- this changes aren't without challenges but thankfully they the support of education, parents to help the teen to navigate from this difficult situation
