Just use below formulae :

If resistors are in series,

R = R1 +R2 +R3 ....

If resistors are in parallel,

 \frac{1}{r}  =  \frac{1}{r1}  +  \frac{1}{r2}  +  \frac{1}{r3} ...

And at the end use Ohm's law.
