Function of pancreatic juice..: Let me explain these first

It contains three

1) Pancreatic Amylase

2)Trypsin

3)Stealsin

1) Pancreatic Amylase

It acts on the remains of starch and changes the starch into maltose( its a substance)

• Starch ------Maltose ( please refer the image that you added I mean i @m not gd at drawing)

Starch coverts pancreatic amylase into Maltose
